I went over my RDI yesterday. A book club get together was my undoing. Two ladies brought Trader Joe's vienese lemon tarts, and one lady brought homemade pastries aptly named 'Gooey Butter Bars'. I imagine what I ate of those two desserts was 300 calories easily. I also had a large apple. :-/ I have to be careful of my sweet tooth. I have been a little lax recently and I don't want to lose progress. When I weighed myself this morning, I think it was after breakfast (I don't remember), the scale said 140. My last official weight was 136.3lbs. (As I wrote earlier, I goofed with entering my weight. I am just leaving it alone right now. Also I try to only record my weight every 3-4 days so that I have more accurate trends rather than having lots of weigh ins that may or may not vary ~2-3 lbs, which is normal and not indicative of actual weight loss.)
