I am down 19lbs👏🏽👏🏽🎉 in 2 months. I feel Great. Now I will step up my walking a little bit more. 1.6 miles 4 days a week will increase to 6 days. I love this app, so much encouragement, wisdoms and good food choices(which I need the most.) Cheers to another successful upcoming week💕
