I invite you to watch Amy's Cuddy's TED Talk called "Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are."
Her message is intriguing and she maybe explains why I love yoga so much and why it makes me feel so good. Think of all the opening, expansive postures practiced (Triangle, Star, Warrior, Half Moon, Lunges, Wild Thing, Side Plank, Fallen Triangle etc etc.)
This presentation starts out slow, but stick with it. 15 minutes into it she tells a story.
I've seen it at least a dozen times over the years, and I still always, always bawl like a baby at the end.
