It's a new month. I’m changing my diet in FS to reflect my current eating plan. I'm well on my way toward my goals of lower weight and better fitness/physique. I have not been following the Body for Life diet for quite a while, instead it is closer to The Slow Carb Diet as outlined in 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss.
