Diario de JMA312, 20 jul. 21

ok I've been up/down & all around, on/off and kind of so-so. But I think I know what might work for me better than ALL that. I did just OMAD yesterday with a little snack in the afternoon & NO food after 6 (or earlier). So that is what I will try for now :-) Hope I can stick with it as I am a normal snack & grazer and I have a friend visiting that ALWAYS keeps snacks around and wants to go out to eat & tells me to "Wait" until she leaves. Uggggghhh (or however you spell it), GIVE ME THE STRENGTH to do this for ME! Take care to ALL & Hope ALL is well in FS-Land :-)
