I remember I was a lemon-freak when I was a teenager. I had Lemon-Up shampoo, perfume, lotion...ay-yi-yi! I even had my own lemon tree in our front yard when I was around 8 yrs. young. Now, I just have them in the fridge, standing-by, for marinating, cooking, and for Te-Kill-ya shots. I had carrot-cake, last night, for my hubby's b'day. It was delicious. He had a whole mini-variety of cheesecakes, from Walmart, for his b'day all weekend long. LMAO @: Chrisw77 :-D

looks so good, diablo. hey, on a completely unrelated topic (well, food) - i have worked out in a fasted state for the longest time - recently, i have been getting gas'ed coming out of the gate on weight training days. started fueling up 1-2 hours prior to workout, do you have any recommendations for a good PRE-workout fuel? feel free to PM me so I don't hijack your lovely lemon cake post :)

I see we’re your coming from Calories can only be made up of three things. Carbs, protein & fats and all foods has to contain some kind of each so how can they be empty.

Breco, I just go with a protein shake and a piece of fruit about an hour before I lift. 200mg of caffeine in pill form prior to the gym too.
