Leaving for a trip to Houston to see me granddaughter and daughter. Miss them so much!
I'll be taking a social media holiday and I won't have a scale, and can't believe I'm sad because I kind of love weighing in each morning now that I found something that works for me so beautifully.
I lost 2.4 lbs last time I visited my other daughter in Philly. I did not have a scale all week that time either, so it was a nice surprise when I returned.
I was helping her move, so lots of extra flights of stairs and heavy boxes probably helped ME too.
Now I'll just be eating my delicious meals in a later window so I can have dinner with everyone and otherwise I'll be swimming and chasing around a two year old, so I'll let you know what the scale says when I get back July 24.
