I was not expecting such a drop. Last week I was still 83.2kg and I did not have any good workouts this week. Think I did stick to smaller portion meals at least. Think I might have skipped Monday's workout, I can't actually remember. Wednesday I skipped completely, but tried to work it in last night. I was not up for it so I chose a 10 minute HIIT exercise and then I half-assed it and quit halfway through. I'll take it anyway haha.
Won't be posting measurements for this week as I don't have my measuring tape at hand. I'm very curious what the measurements are.
