Diario de loosinisfun, 01 abr. 09

APRIL FOOLS DAY TO EVERYONE!!!!...just couldnt drag myslf outta bed this morning so slept in about an hour to long...now im behind on my morning walk along with everything else..but i felt like i needed the extra rest...so just wakin up an tryin to get my stuff together for the day...really cooler here again this morning 36 with a wind chill of 30....brrrr...makes me chill thinkin about gettin out in it...means layerin up with 3 layers on just to be warm and a bandana over my face...for that morning walk...but lest il be warm...this afternoon is walmart day...suppose to be 65 this afternoon...why cant it just be that when i get up...would be easier gettin outta bed...lol..well need to get up an moving so i can head out the door and get my walk in for the morning...been hittin between 8500-9500 steps the last 2 days..so i want to keep adding on to hit that 10,000 mark again...have a great day everyone!!!...and be carefull today....lol...

It's good to listen to your body and get the rest it demands. Sometimes my body lies to me about needing chocolate, but otherwise it's pretty honest.

did a 1.5 hour walk...just alittle over 10,000 steps this morning for my morning walk...did a route i hadnt done since last fall...figured since i had over slept, id just go as far as i thought i could..i was tired when i finally did get back home, but have been on the go all day...looks like im gonna end up with around 12337 steps for the day...and yes it was great gettin that extra hour of rest this morning...lol...
