Diario de anicolet, 03 mar. 07

Well the weight decided to say goodbye!!!yaaaa.
My didn't listen and made a huge cake for my birthday and I did have alittle piece but made sure to be good the whole day prior. Friends are taking me out 2night gona try being good, if not a major workout planed for 2morrow.
Did make sure I did 20 min Turbo jam today before getting ready 2night to go out.
I also just took a look and realized I have lost 15lbs since the first of the year so in just over 2 months. I don't know why I beat my self up so much. I also tried on my dress for my sisters wedding which is now "2" count them 2 sizes to big!!!!

73,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
