How can I be gaining weight? I have gained 2 pounds over the past two weeks of the Biggest Loser challenge. I started at 145, then I was 143, now 144. My calories are significantly less than my exercise. I am doing strength/cardio four or five times a week. That's more than I have exercised since I was doing the triathlons. Come to think of it, I didn't lose any weight then either.
