Diario de Tallglassofwater, 28 mar. 09

Had a good day yesterday and no going to worry about the calories, I'll just have to manage to eat a bit less. Going to mom's to help with yard work and with her being an old farm gal I'm sure I'll be working a lot off :) I'm not sweating it. I know I can't otherwise it will just lead to more binging and the cycle will continue. Lost another 2.3 this week. :) Not complaining. Only 58 more to go! lol...as long as it's on the way down.
