here I am, back at it again...can't fool myself any longer...I love food but I love myself even more so actions must be taken, fast. I tried the green smoothies diet, and while I felt how good the energy is it didn't help me lose weight, I also tried the blood type diet and it did squat for me...but to be fair i never really committed...maybe because the food choices weren't of my particular liking...who knows...I'll be doing Atkins complying as best as i can and trying not to break the basic parameters.
