again dont get it... I think its the beer has to be cause now Iam training for the air force and i have been running two miles everyday for a week and a half and weighed in the most i have ever weighed at the doctors yesterday... the most EVER!

Gypsy what did the doctor say? I need to run too! try laying off the beer for a month and then see what happens. Try bacardi and diet coke...beer made me gain weight.

always use the SAME scale, his might have been off or just different from yours! yes. liqour in general is evil for the dieter, only few can drink and lose! lol... bummmmmmmer! :) welcome to fs!

Have you added resistance training to your exercise program? One of the benefits of lifting weights is that you continue to burn calories long after the workout. If you just do cardio part of your weight loss could be muscle and that will slow down your metabolism.
