Too tired to eat today. I'm supposed to eat 1700 cal per day, but have bared managed 1100. It's 7pm and I just want to go to bed, but it's too early. I'm not depressed; I've just had to get up very early all week for different things. I'm outta gas. This is only my 3rd day on this website and I LOVE IT! I've been a member of WW Online and this is much superior in its content...and it's FREE! I also like that it doesn't scold. Thank you for treating like an adult. Well, I suppose the eating and the exercise cancelled each other out, because I didn't get my steps in today.
