Diario de loosinisfun, 26 mar. 09

goooooooood morning everyone!!!...headed outta town today so didnt get up as early...just layed in bed an rested for the day...im sure my body needs some rest for all the wood we have been moving...and at the same time im able to let my hand mend...its like i pulled it or something...its been swollen for couple of days now...been using ice on it...tryin to get the swelling down...couldnt make a fist with it...cause it hurt to much...can almost make one today...im sure its just from all the wood we been throwing an lifting...but still a great workout and always a different workout, since the size of the chunks and or branches change with each tree...better then using weights...and free to...lol...well need to get ready to head out in a few...have a great day...

Sounds like a good idea getting rest, especially that hand of yours! Mine are a little sore today as well, for different reasons. : (
