I just did a new guided HIIT workout of 45 minutes, which was really intense, but I did the whole thing! I'm so excited, because I'm getting more fit and I can feel it. So the workout is split into 4 levels with 30 second on and 10 seconds rest for 8 minutes and the final one had the option of doing all burpees and I did it. I did half burpees, but I did it! I did mostly 8 half burpees for every 30 second run. And now I feel good haha.
