Diario de Miskela, 24 mar. 09

I've been a little better in the last day or two about paying more attention to what I'm eating. I'm not strictly following Weight Watchers but I'm definitely trying to eat LESS.

Who knew I could pack back so much? I also tend to wolf stuff down so I'm working on eating slooooweerrrrr.

Resting on the exercise today, but gonna go do Dance class tomorrow at 24-hour Fitness with TB. I really do wish I'd weighed myself at the gym rather than at home on the crummy scale. That 7-lb. increase is cheesing me off.

Little nervous about tomorrow. If I struggle through freaking Yoga, who knows how bad an actual movement-based class will be. Gonna try anyway. Hopefully I won't feel the need to pass out. :)

Stick to it.. Always use the same scale. YOU CAN DO IT! Lower fat and calorie intact and increase activity = keys to success. Maybe try the Wii Fit again at night, get Nathan involved on kid weeks.

I know. I weighed on the same scale I weighed in on Monday (at the gym). Sad, but at least consistent. That home scale has GOT TO GO.
