Bad decision night. I have to be super active this weekend to burn off the extra calories I ate. I really only had about 300 calories more than I should have, so that's my goal. An extra 300 calories worth of activity will do it (although I should be shooting for hitting about 600 extra over the weekend to keep moving that weight down!)
