Yesterday was a great day. It was in the 70s over here, so I got to turn off the heat and let the fresh air in the house. What was great though, the absolute top of my day, was that I had to MAKE myself eat. After dinner I was only at about the higher 700s, and I needed to eat more. It was amazing. I was full, but I HAD to eat! Started doing the laundry today. My washer and dryer are in the basement, and I wasn't panting at all when I climbed back up the stairs!!!! It was wonderful! I was doing a little bit of heavy breathing, but not pass out panting. Yay! I love seeing little signs of improvement, because that is what keeps me motivated.
INSERT: And if you want something new to eat, try the dijion chicken with broccolli! Fricking awesome!
