Diario de DIVAMOM78, 17 feb. 11

I feel great today! The weather is beautiful, a piece of furniture I ordered is coming today, my homework for my Cultural Communications class is done, and I have been eating good so far today! I have eaten fruit and drunk water for most of the day so far I have to figure out something good for dinner tonight low in calories and I am making plans to go to the gym later. Today is the 3rd day of me being on fatsecret and as I look at what I have been eating it makes me want to do better the next day! So far I feel it is helping me. I am so proud of myself I just have to stay focus and keep it up.. I got to pat myself on the back for today so far and say you go DIVA! Lol!!

Hey you have to praise your self, you're doing good. This has been the best thing i have done is join this site. In the past i never realized how much calories the whole day added up to.

Zeikiya I so agree with you! The same thing here when I look at the calories I eat in a day and the sodium I am like omg! So That alone made me realize I got to do better. Today was a way better day for me. This site is very helpful. I was considering joining weight watchers but I am going to try this first and see it I can save some money! Lol.
