I just got done with my workout, and I feel good!
Wow it's hard to get back into it, but it will get easier before long.
I couldn't believe I was sore today after all I did yesterday was a 12 minute strength session! Using weights will get me toned again, so I want to keep it up.
I didn't weigh today, I am trying to stick to my goal of only weighing once or twice a week. I think Sunday would be a good day to weigh, so that's the plan.
Th new "rule" for me is I have to do a workout(any kind) and do my household chores before I watch any tv, read or play video games.
That way I will get some activity every day.
It's nice out today. so I want to go for a walk.

Here is my food for today so far:
Breakfast: 1 cup of Trix, 1/2 cup milk, 1 small banana.
hunger level before: moderate

Lunch: peanut butter and banana sandwich
Fullness level: satisfied
hunger level before: moderate
after: satisfied, bordering on full

snack: apple, ice cream cone, small
Hunger level before: very hungry
after: satisfied

Dinner; 1 1/4 cup tuna casserole
Hunger level before: very hungry
after: satisfied
dessert: ice cream
hunger level: not hungry
after: slightly full

I did pretty good today, If I could do anything different I would have passed on my second serving of ice cream today, but it will be ok.
