I can help you if you want. I'm kindof in the same boat.
Our goal of weight loss is about the same. I workout @ home, just froze my gym membership. Do you go to the gym or work out @ home? Do you like outdoor exercising?
My husband and I are both pretty healthy but I have decided to make a "no excuses" policy for myself regardless of what he is doing.
Keep it simple works for me, trying to get motivated to do at least 30 min of exercise a day.
