I have def gone off counting calories...well, for half the week. it was my bday n then Valentines day, so we ate a lot of food...deep fried, breaded goodness. but I've paid the price, gained some pounds n now I am doing 6 miles a day. I'm building muscle to, so I should expect for my weight to go up, but day percent to go down. ill update next Wednesday what my body fat percent is...its gone from 25 to 23 percent so far.
