So these new pills I have been taking seemed to do great things in the beginning but... not sure about the digestion issues I have been having. Gonna try again this week with more fruit, fiber and fatty protein

Complete nutrition has a new plan out called h3 lipo, it cuts cravings and the night time one make me feel great when I wake up but I'm not sure what I spent is worth the very small weight loss I have seen. I'm going to give it the whole month before I give up tho
