my actual weigh in this morning was 61.7 but I'm going to minus a bit as this was pre any digestive movements.
I told myself that I would have no more in week weigh ins but it's a hard addiction to break.
It might be pms but I don't feel like myself. The typical symptoms of being massively bloated plus feeling like I could eat my weight in food. yesterday I had a bit of a binge day. All low carb and nothing bad but still it was a binge. but that's life and today is a new day. If one can't live a little on the weekend then that's not life :-)
so it's Monday, a new week to start fresh and keep it all clean. I just realised that it's next weekend I have my girls weekend so the next 12 days will be extremely no naughtiness!
