Monday, day 7 of cycling challenge. yesterday was an exercise potpori of activity, 1 hour of,cycling, 1 hour of,pool time with 2 very active grandkids , and 10,000 steps at work. I had to up my calorie intake. To much salt, thus a bit of water retention. 78 miles cycled.. $78 in the kitty for my community service fund. still viewing options of where to use this money, to help a local group, person or persons... I have a few ideas.... Will be fun to see what rises to the surface, by July 4th.
