I have No idea where I get the energy. I go to bed super tired but I wake up and i am ready to go. I was always a big rider. I would ride like 20 miles. My mom has had the Turbo Jam DVD's for a while now and i just never really tried them. I put them on one day and I just LOVE it. I have tried to keep up with other workout videos like Tae Bo (or how ever you say/spell it) but they were not exciting to me. it may be because they are too long. The "Burn" from the Learn and Burn is only about 15mins, the 20 minute of course is 20 mins, and the AB Jam is 20 mins(10 standing/10 on the floor). They each have a low impact version so if you are getting tired you can switch it up and still keep going. I am trying to work my way up to the Cardio Party it is 45 minutes straight and alot more intense. It also has a Turbo Sculpt that you do with hand weights but I am holding off on that one until I work off some fat first.
