Ok so on Monday I started at 215 a huge jump of 5pounds that I though was water weight, so I didn't record it. Tues morning my weight was 212.6, this morning 210.8 I really hope it continues with lose everyday even if its a smaller amount. So tomorrow if there is lose I will record it I am excited to see this work for me
