Went to a potluck dinner last night -- brought my own food so I'd know exactly what I was eating. Good thing. Only main dishes were mac and cheese and pizza. In addition to my very healthy, low calorie dinner, I ate a tiny piece of a delicious brownie, a spoonful of apple crumb bake, and a single Dorito. Willpower is fully functional!
Another milestone today -- bought a new pair of jeans -- size 6!! Woo hoo!
