Yesterday's YOGA class kicked my butt! I was already getting sore yesterday after the class...walked 1 1/2 miles last night...soaked in the hot tub...and still my leg muscles are so sore today I can hardly get up out of my chair! And managing the steps was a frightful thing! I swear that I though my legs might buckle from under me! I LOVE IT! Let's me know that it does work! I can't wait to get good at it!
Maybe I'll drop back from cardio 7 days a week to alternating a day of cardio with a day of YOGA. Who knows...might be exactly what my body needs!
Still having trouble with knowing what to eat on this plan. I don't know why I'm making it so hard...I bet it really isn't. :) Think I need to pull out the book and read through the recipes/daily eating plan and get a better grasp!
I'm still feeling like its working...so I'm not going to quit any time soon!
