I made it to the gym today! I didn't think I was going to. Initially there didn't seem to be enough motivation there for me to go; however, after I mentioned to my hubby and our friend about a belly dancing class there, they encouraged me to go. I was reluctant because I thought it would be too intense for me. (I didn't manage to get there in time for the class :( )However, I did get an upper body work out and go swimming with my daughter. It was more enjoyable than I had anticipated it to be and I'm really glad that I went. Today was much more restful because of it. Plus I was excited that when I was in the locker room getting ready to go out to the pool, I saw in my reflection that I'm starting to have visible abs! :-D! I still have a lot of weight around my hips, and some chub right under my navel, but I like how my body is starting to look. My shoulders and abs have muscle curves. Woohoo! I am looking forward to wearing my bikini more. :)
