Porridge, baked oats, pancakes, or even mixed with yoghurt and fruit. You can even blitz it in blender for flour to make cakes ☺️

Mines normally porridge with fruit either kiwi, banana, strawberries, raspberries or even tinned peaches. If I feel like chocolate I put a spoon of chocolate spread in, I'm sure there is a better way to do that though like the freedom chocolate sauce.

1/3 cup Quick Oats, 2/3 cups of water, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries. Microwave for 1 min. 30 sec. Sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt. Everyday for breakfast.

I usually eat them back my making porridge. You can cook them with water or milk on the stove or put them into the microwave. You can also add protein powder, chia seeds and flaxseeds or something. You can top it with nut butters fruit and everything else you can come up with

Mix it with coconut flakes, nuts and seeds, a little maple syrup, coconut oil and cinammon. Then bake on a baking sheet for about 25-30 min at 365F and you got a nice granola!
