Diario de 6daisy, 16 mar. 09

15th march

I started doing Shred workout but gave up after 2 mins cause I was still thinking that I haven't lost even a single pound in two weeks and also the inch loss isn't that great inspite of doing the 25 min workout for 4-5 days.Binged on pasta and berry nutrition bar at night.


16 th march

came home late from office... feel very tired.Tomorrow hopefully I will have the energy and motivation to do the shred workout but since I am not losing the inches as fast as I imagined I don't feel too motivated right now.
