Day 31- So I weighed myself this morning and the scale teetered between 182 and 180 so I decided to record the middle weight to be safe. I hate when the scale does that!! I hate scales in general- LOL
They are like a drug- I think there should be a Scalers Anonymous.
Hi! My name is Paula and I am addicted to the scale. I weigh myself every morning and sometimes every night. I am not proud of this and am even ashamed to admit that every so often when I get up in the middle of the night to pee I hop on the scale and weigh myself then too. Thank you.

"HI PAULA" Well I am not a scale junkie, probably just because i do not have a scale in my house and I go out to get weighed but I do have another addiction.... Hi My name is Shakeya and I am a tape measure addict. I measure myself at least 2 times a day when I wake up/before I workout and right before bed. Thank You

"HI SHAKEYA" I too understand the tape measure addiction. I have also been a victim to it. I gave up that addiction and then moved onto the scale. Hopefully someday there will be a "cure" for this - but until then - we take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. Nice to meet U...

Hi Paula....when i readed your comment i has to lol..i too is addicted to the scale...i can't help it..sometimes i try to walk by it... but its like it calls my name....oh my name is Rose..nice to meet you
