Diario de loosinisfun, 15 mar. 09

gooooooood sunday mornin everyone!!...gettin ready in a few to head out for a morning walk...37 here today...so gotta still layer up...didnt do much of anything yesterday but rest up and get over being so wore out..i was surprised that i wasnt the least bit sore from all the exercise of loading an unloading wood...i felt like it was a great workout to burn all kinds of calories with all kinds of movement for the whole body...scales is showin the same, but acts like it wants to show a loss maybe tomow or in the next few days...i can tell that helpin brian as much as i have been is effecting my exercise routine, might have to start going there like an hour later in the mornings so i can get my morning walks in..just so tired in the mornings hard to drag myslf outta bed...even today i slept 9-10 hours an i napped yesterday afternoon as well...an i hate to quit going out to help him cause i enjoy the time away from the house and i enjoy helpin him as well...but once it starts gettin nicer, then i will just have to cut my days at brians as i will have more to do around the outside here...o well..worry about that when the time comes...hope your all doing great...have a great sunday!!!!...suppose to be in the 60s here today...later tater!!!

I swear I have been thinking just what your journal today implies. That is - physical work - whether it is chopping and loading wood, hanging drapes, painting, cleaning kitchen cabinets, or raking up "gumballs," is STILL not as beneficial for the body as cardio-vascular aerobic-anaerobic exercise. I knew that you knew that fact but I have been thinking about that during your wood-splitting chores this week. Enjoy your workout today!

just got back from my morning walk, and now im takin a break, then i need to get up an cook some stuff up ahead once again...i agree walkin is more beneficial then doing the splittin an loading of the wood, but its a different workout for the body, and sometimes thats what you need to break up the steady routine that your body gets into an gets use to...a change of exercise wakes that body up to appreciate the easy days...lol..you asked if i was sore, no not really sore but have a few catches in my shoulders from slingin the wood bck to the pile unloading or loading but not sore really...im gonna suggest to brian that we do one day thru the week of doing a wood haulin day to get ahead for next year..that way we wont have to be cuttin thru the winter months this year hopefully...lol...
