14 th March

Completed level two of the Shred Workout and did an additional 30 mins of hard cardio + dance to burn the choco pastry I had yesterday and the big bag of salted chips that I had today. I can't seem to control my emotional eating... tomorrow weigh in day... hmm I don't think I would have lost any weight inspite of regular exercise cause I have been bingeing on a lot of unhealty foods lately... hmm.. I just hope I don't put on a lot of kilos.....
