Today marks 8 weeks since my surgery. I started doing situps as requested by Dr. Obadia to strengthen my stomach muscles. It looks wierd though, I would assume because he pulled and sewed the muscle in the middle. I have been doing the elliptical for an hour a day about 4 times a week or so. I would like to start running in a week or two when the weather gets better. As far as my weight goes, I have been able to maintain pretty well. I go back and forth between eating Crap and eating healthy. I am working on finding a happy medium. I would like to loose 3-4 pounds of fat and get some nice lean muscle...I want to do it by March 21.
