completed level 2 of the shred workout... tough tough tough...... especially with an ass of a boss and a hectic day at work.... but I am proud to say that I still completed my workout and managed not to indulge in calorie rich junk food... I am a big emotional eater and stress eater.... so yea... so far so good... I am reading other peoples journal to get inspiration and not heading down emotional eating lane...
