Today is the second day I exercised before coming to work. Zumba is not easy but I really like focusing on the steps instead of the exercise. I am still only able to do 12 minutes but I am so out of shape I am grateful for the 12 minutes. The only thing I don't like about the Zumba Wii is that you can't repeat the routine without starting all over. When I get some extra money I want to get the DVDs. This will work for now. Anyway, I am trying not to become discouraged but it is hard not to be expecially when I see how my co-workers who had the surgery had the weight just poor off of them. I know the Lord is trying to teach me discipline; which I sorely lack. Pray for me buddies. It is now 2:05 PM and I am feeling anxious. The Bible tells me to be anxious for nothing..it is easier said than done today. I am praying for all of us.
