Didn’t have supper last night , was running a fever 🥵 . I throughly enjoyed eating two pieces pineapple and flu bomb. Today 8 May went over on carbs by 10gram.. first time in the year. Well I am recovering from a possible Spider Bite , swollen glands and fever . I will be easy on myself . This is a marathon not a sprint .
