Yesterday was the superbowl.....I ate alot at our party. I felt bad at the time, and made myself log everything that I ate. I actually did alot better than I thought, calorie-wise. But, I still feel guilty for eating that much. The thing is, if I DON'T log and count everything that I eat, I go crazy. So, today I made sure to move around alot and eat reasonably. So, guilt be gone because I don't want anything to do with you!

I agree with Kccok. The best thing you can do is to log your food. Even if you are not eating as well as you want to log it and that way you stay in the habit and still think about the food. Stay with it.
