-50g of rolled oats (blended for smoother texture)
-200ml almond milk (milk of your choice)
-About 200ml water
And now the most important ingredient is 20g of pudding powder (you can buy it in speciality European stores) DELECTA budyn (it doesn't contain sugar) - comes in different flavours for this one i chose Vanilla.
- sweetener (i added about 15g erythritol)
-85g banana
-100g barambah high protein cottage cheese
-10g almonds
-natvia strawberry spread
-2g chia seeds for decoration
You need need put 150ml of milk and water in a pot with sweetener turn the stove on add your oats and stir. In about 5mins add the left 50ml of milk mixed with the pudding powder. Stir it well together and after about 2 mins remove from the stove and serve, add your toppings and that's all:)

Probably won’t be able to get the pudding powder but will improvise with vanilla flavour and starch and my own sweetener and see if it turns out ok.

Yes! That's all you need, corn starch/potato starch and some sort of flavouring of your choice. I know there are plenty of 0 calories flavour drops you can get on the internet too, and that should work just as good :)
