Took it a little easier today and it was cooler. That makes me smile, I don't like the heat. I wanted to see the lunar eclipse last night but I couldn't stay awake.
Felt better on my run today, we were able to do 3 miles in 33 minutes. If we can keep that up we will be able to come in at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark, that's our goal. Still got 2 1/2 weeks training left. We are looking into the future at a half marathon for the fall. I need goals, you know?
