I had very good HIIT sessions this week. Can feel it getting easier, but that means I will have to push harder to improve. My calisthenics training can do with some adjusting, which I will be changing up from next week.
My previous measurements were wrong, because I was pulling the measuring tape too tightly haha, so my mom corrected me on this. Here are my updated measurements:
