Disappointed that the scales went up a little, but I realize that I hadn't been eating enough and I really needed to follow my diet better and actually eat according to the plan. I did really great with having less hunger and cravings and drank plenty of water too. Today, i plan a repeat of yesterday. Follow the plan. Plus I plan to prepare some stuff for my big weekend of work. I have already started packing healthy snacks for work!
