Goood Morning! I just finished doing my 30 day shred session and I feel good! After straying from my diet for one day, I realized that it isn't worth it! I do have a goal to reach and I'm going to get there! So bye bye pizza, I'll miss you.
Yesterday's weight: 125.8 Today's weight: 123.9!
I feel much better.
Oatmeal with soy milk for breakfast and half a banana. :)
