Tomorrow's the official weigh-in for the 1st week of the 24 Day AB Challenge. I just finished the 20-20-30 for today and then took a look in the mirror to see if there was any change. Perhaps it's wishful thinking, but I think I am starting to see some definition. On another note, my kcal intake has been in the negative numbers for the last several days and I noticed something yesterday and today. My body was saying "I'm hungry, I need food." while at the same time my mind was saying "You're losing weight when you're hungry so stay away from the refrigerator." My mind was right because yesterday I dropped a full pound from the previous day's weigh-in. Today, I was hungry as well so to compensate, I moved lunch up to 11AM instead of holding out until noon. Dinner is always 6:30, so no changing that time. I hope everyone has a losing day (at least a few ounces, anyway), and remember take a moment to say Thank You to someone special. So today, I want to say Thank You to a new member of FS - SanFranFan. She knows why. And as always, I have to say Thank You to Deb-N, euheide, JovialJ, SherrieC, MrsCold, and Happy 2014. Happy 2014 gets a big TU for wanting to go wineing (notice that's wine-ing not whine-ing) hehehehehe.....
