I am starting the Master Cleanse on Sunday (5 Days for me), followed by a 3 week vegetarian diet. I know that the Master Cleanse is supposed to be 10 days, but if you take a prescription medication, like me, it's not a great idea to be flushing it out of your system every day for 10 days! Wish me luck, this is going to be... fun :)
