Hi all, This is my end of week check in. I know I haven't been logging food well the last week. I think I am just going to be logging weight and fluid intake for a while. I am really struggling with my GI issues and keeping solid food down at the moment. I know I logged junk food yesterday, it was a friend's birthday and I got so excited over folds I haven't eaten in forever but I really did pay for it. So please ignore whatever I log.
